A popular activity “Where on Wednesday” at Springhill Care Home Accrington took residents to China this week, which was in-keeping with all their recent Chinese New Year craft activities.Everyone enjoyed a taste of Chinese cuisine and they had a great selection to try out, including prawn crackers, plum sauce and spring rolls, they also had Chinese music playing with handmade decorations on display.
A lovely time was had by all as everyone looked on the Ipad at lots of places and interesting things in China such as the Tearracotta Army and a collection of sculptures discovered in 1974 in Lintong District, Xi'an, People's Republic of China and Shaanxi province.
