Riversway invests heavily in its’ staff, providing a range of appropriate training. Over 90% of our  staff have attained, or are working toward, NVQ level 2 in Care or Housekeeping with several studying for level 3. this investment is reflected positively in achieving and retaining the prestigious ‘Investors in People’ award.

Riversway has a full complement of Registered Nurses, under the direction of a Matron. Both Matron and the Deputy have attained the Registered Managers’ Award and are supported in the delivery of care by teams of care assistants, catering staff, housekeepers and administrative staff.

There are two full-time maintenance staff who ensure all repairs and re-decoration are completed promptly, courteously and efficiently.

We have dedicated laundry staff and teams of cleaners ensuring laundry is washed and returned to residents promptly and rooms are cleaned thoroughly.
