Working for Affinity isn't always an easy task. It takes a lot of skill, patience, flexibility and commitment to provide person centred support to help people live life to the full. Get it right and the results are hugely rewarding.

Take the case of a service user we'll call GR. forced to leave his home in Wales following the death of his parents, he came to Affinity in 2003. With our support he signed up for a college computer course. A year later he beat 1600 fellow students to win an Adult Learners Week Award for endeavor and commitment.
