Training - The Key

At Springhill we firmly believe that staff training is the key to successfully delivering a quality care service. The fact that 90 per cent of our staff hold or are working towards a minimum of NVQ level 2, demonstrates proof of that commitment.

 Springhill has made a skills pledge to:

• Actively encourage and support all our staff team to gain the skills and qualifications that will support their future employability and meet the needs of the people we care for and support.
• Actively encourage and support all staff to work towards their first Level 2 qualification in an area that is relevant to our organisation.
• Demonstrably raise the skills and competencies of all staff  to improve our organisation's performance through investing in economically valuable training and development.
• We pride ourselves on being recognised as an Investor in People and receive regular assessments to ensure we continue to exceed the standard.
